Shipping & delivery policy

In short: in North Goa we usually hand-deliver and help you set up. Elsewhere in Goa, and later in Kerala, we ship by courier.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver in Goa, starting with North Goa. Kerala is next. If you're outside these areas, join our waitlist and we'll tell you when we reach you.

2. How we deliver

North Goa: hand delivery by the Revone team, with a short setup at your counter.
Elsewhere: by courier, with tracking details shared on WhatsApp or email.

3. When it arrives

Each tag is encoded, tested and locked for your business before dispatch, so we first confirm your Google review page with you. After that, orders are usually dispatched within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 3 working days] and delivered within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 2 to 7 working days]. We'll tell you if anything will take longer.

4. Delivery charges

5. Damaged in transit

Please check your kit when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not as described, tell us within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 7 days] with a photo and you can choose a free replacement or a full refund. See our refund & cancellation policy.

6. Service activation

The Revone link service is digital, so there's nothing else to ship. Your account is activated when your tags are delivered and tested, and your 12 included months of service start from that activation date.
